Eric Carr
- Years with KISS: 1980-1991
- Instrument: Drums
- Contribution: Eric Carr stepped in to replace original drummer Peter Criss. Known for his energetic drumming style and the "The Fox" persona, Carr brought a fresh intensity to KISS's sound during the 1980s. He performed on several albums, including Creatures of the Night and Lick It Up.
- Cause of Death: Cancer. He died on November 24, 1991, at the age of 41.
Mark St. John
- Years with KISS: 1984
- Instrument: Guitar
- Contribution: Mark St. John briefly replaced guitarist Vinnie Vincent. He appeared on the Animalize album but was soon forced to leave the band due to Reiter's syndrome, a form of reactive arthritis.
- Cause of Death: Cerebral hemorrhage. He died on April 5, 2007, at the age of 51.
