DeLynn Senna is the Senior District President of Robert Half executive search. Leading global operations covering 11 countries, she’s responsible for all operational aspects of the retained executive search business. A 24-year veteran of Robert Half, DeLynn is known for building consensus around a strategic vision, leading teams to perform at exceptional levels, and enhancing the customer experience.
First joining Robert Half in 1996, DeLynn has built a successful career, driving operational excellence across multiple practices and geographies. Previously, she served as senior district president for legal talent solutions in the United States, executive director for international permanent placement solutions and senior managing director for executive search in Europe. She also spent 12 years as executive director for Robert Half’s permanent finance and accounting practice.
DeLynn is a certified public accountant (inactive), author, and frequently speaks on workplace-related topics. Committed to supporting the next generation of women, she currently serves on the executive committee for Robert Half’s Global Women’s Employee Network.

Wayne S. Mello is the Executive Director of Robert Half Executive Search. Based in the firm’s Boston office, he sets strategic and tactical direction, optimizing and expanding our retained search brand throughout the United States and globally.
Wayne has more than 50 years of staffing industry experience, including as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Manager of Scott Wayne Associates, and founder of the Thelton Group, where he served as President and CEO until its acquisition by Robert Half in 1990. During his Robert Half career, Wayne has held positions as Executive Director of the company’s finance and accounting practice, and Executive Director of Robert Half's International Zone. He was instrumental in launching Robert Half’s retained executive search service in 2007, serving as President until 2023.
Wayne is a well-known executive search and recruitment industry expert, having authored numerous articles and spoken to audiences worldwide on management-related issues. His philanthropic efforts include the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Pan-Mass Challenge for cancer research.

Steve Ankney is the Senior Vice President of U.S. Search Execution for Robert Half Executive Search, specializing in identifying and vetting senior-level leaders in executive management, financial, operations, sales and marketing, technology, healthcare, legal, and human resources. He also manages the growth and development of all U.S. recruitment efforts.
Having started his career with Robert Half’s Technology division in 2010, Steve expanded his skills and built a strong multi-industry network that he leverages to identify top-level talent for his diverse blend of clients. Steve also lends his technology expertise to implement software, databases and other digital tools that contribute to the success of our search process.
Steve is on professional advisory committees at several universities and has helped develop and support career services teams throughout the Midwest. On several occasions, he has been a key speaker on technology trends for the Association of Information Technology Professionals and the Help Desk Institute.
Steve graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on information systems and e-commerce.

Tami Ballis is a Senior Group Managing Director for Robert Half Executive Search. She brings over 22 years of experience in providing consultative support with the ability to identify senior-level leadership candidates for her clients across a range of industries and functional areas.

She joined Robert Half in 2000 as Branch Manager in the Tucson, Ariz., office and through the years has built a strong local, national and international network. Prior to joining Robert Half’s retained executive search team, he was the owner/operator of an executive search and recruitment business, an in-house search executive, and a talent manager with a global human capital firm.
Gino lives in the Seattle area with his family. He is an avid sports fan and has a love of golf and everything outdoors. He is also actively involved in youth sports in his community as a coach and mentor.

Keith began his Robert Half career in 1997 as Director of Permanent Placement Services in the finance and accounting practice. Before joining our executive search team, he was Senior Vice President of the New York branch, where his results-focused approach and expertise in expanding revenue targets and internal teams earned him an exceptional reputation among clients and peers.
His personal and professional accomplishments include earning several of Robert Half’s most prestigious awards for business growth and outstanding leadership, including multiple Chairman’s Club awards, and the Diamond Club Milestone, and he’s a member of the Robert Half Hall of Fame. Since her start at Robert Half back in 2013, Bryenne has made a substantial impact in department operations, team training and development — all while implementing targeted research and data mining strategies that have proved essential in helping Robert Half maintain a competitive advantage with clients and candidates.
A summa cum laude graduate in communications and dance at Roger Williams University, Bryenne regularly participates in events for the Wakefield Alliance Against Violence, as well as the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. She also works with Relay for Life events and teaches dance for local community youth programs.

Prior to Robert Half Executive Search, Ashley worked with a boutique executive search firm where she was a Senior Executive Recruiter specializing in financial services with clients from top-tier and regional investment banks, as well as private equity funds and hedge funds.
Ashley is an active member of multiple philanthropic organizations, a nutrition educator to non-profit organizations, and a member of several boards including the Board of Trustees and the Long-Range Planning Advisory Committee for Marymount California University.

He began his career in finance and progressed through sales and regional leadership roles before joining a Chicago-based search, staffing and consulting business where he oversaw multiple divisions during the company’s significant growth and acquisition by private equity. Kevin then co-founded and served as President of a boutique executive search, recruiting and consulting firm until transitioning his business into Robert Half Executive Search.

Prior to joining Robert Half Executive Search, Emily was the president of Junior Achievement of Northern New England, a nonprofit focusing on financial literacy for K-12 students. Before that, she held the role of regional vice president of Constellation NewEnergy Inc., a Fortune 150 energy company, which led to a national sales leadership role.

Victor is a native of Ireland and an experienced traveler, having visited extensively throughout Africa, Europe, and Central and South America. He is also a general aviation pilot.

Mark has a background in public accounting and has worked for a Fortune 500 corporation, mid-market businesses and small startups. For 15 years prior to joining Robert Half’s executive search service, Mark owned and managed a search firm with offices in Kansas City and Denver.

Before joining Robert Half in 2017, Matt was a technical recruiter at a $1.3 billion global professional services firm.
Based in Boston, Matt is involved in the local community and enjoys fishing, golfing and music production.

James Parzynski is a Vice President and Senior Principal with Robert Half Executive Search, based in the St. Petersburg, Fla. office. He specializes in identifying and vetting executive leaders and senior-level functional management professionals in executive, financial and operations management, sales and marketing, technology, healthcare, legal, and human resources.
James joined Robert Half in 2014. Before joining Robert Half’s retained executive search service he was the Vice President and Practice Director for both the Wall Street New York office, and the Tampa, Fla., office, where he managed the accounting and finance divisions. He led the recruiting and business development efforts for finance, accounting and business systems professionals on a project and interim basis. During his tenure as Practice Director, James achieved both a Chairman’s Club and President’s Club Award.
